• Account and identity data: Retained for the duration of your account and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with anti-money laundering record-keeping requirements under Philippine law.
• Transaction and financial data: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, as required by the Anti-Money Laundering Act and PAGCOR regulations.
• Communications and support data: Retained for a period of three (3) years from the date of the communication, or longer where required for ongoing dispute resolution or legal proceedings.
• Technical and usage data: Retained for a period of up to two (2) years, after which it is anonymised or deleted.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised in a manner that prevents re-identification. Where data is anonymised rather than deleted, the anonymised data may be retained for analytical purposes without restriction.
